INTRODUCTION
“And you fathers, do not provoke your children to wrath, but bring them up in the training and admonition of the Lord” (Eph. 6:4).
The Lord has delegated to fathers the responsibility of providing their children with spiritual direction that allows them to know God’s will. The purpose of these Bible stories is to provide a tool to assist in this effort.
A father who ends a few moments each day studying God’s Word with his child provides an opportunity for development of a spiritual foundation that prepares the child to face and successfully deal with the issues of life.
An additional benefit can be the nurturing of a warm personal relationship as well as mutual respect between father and child.
